Thymosin Alpha-1 (5mg) Dosage Protocol
Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a 28-amino acid peptide originally isolated from thymic tissue. It is approved in over 35 countries as Zadaxin for hepatitis B/C and as an immune modulator. It enhances T-cell and dendritic cell function.
Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 5 mg/mL

- 1Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall to prevent foaming
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved - do not shake
- 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
Thymosin Alpha-1 enhances T-cell maturation, increases T-helper cell function, and augments dendritic cell activity. It modulates cytokine production and has been shown to restore immune function in immunocompromised states. Clinical trials for hepatitis B showed 26-week treatment with 1.6mg twice weekly.
- Approved in 35+ countries for hepatitis B/C
- Enhances T-cell and NK cell function
- Supports immune response in immunocompromised patients
- Used as adjunct therapy in cancer treatment
