Selank (5mg) Dosage Protocol
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analog of tuftsin with anxiolytic and nootropic properties. It is approved in Russia for anxiety and cognitive enhancement. It does not cause sedation or dependence.
Add 5.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL)
250-500 mcg intranasally or subcutaneously, 2-3x daily
At 1 mg/mL: 25 units = 250 mcg, 50 units = 500 mcg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | 250-500 mcg | 2-3 times daily |
| Intranasal | 2700 mcg/day | Clinical trial dose |
| Duration | 14-21 days | Per cycle |
