Glutathione (600mg) Dosage Protocol
Glutathione is a tripeptide (γ-glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine) that serves as the body's master antioxidant. It plays crucial roles in detoxification, immune function, and cellular protection against oxidative stress.
Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 200 mg/mL
200-600 mg per injection, 2-3x weekly
At 200 mg/mL: 10 units = 200 mg, 30 units = 600 mg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1-2 | 200 mg 2x weekly | 10 units per injection |
| Weeks 3-4 | 400 mg 2x weekly | 20 units per injection |
| Weeks 5-8 | 600 mg 2-3x weekly | 30 units per injection |
- 1Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly into the vial
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved
- 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
Glutathione neutralizes free radicals, regenerates other antioxidants (vitamins C and E), and is essential for Phase II liver detoxification. Injectable forms bypass poor oral bioavailability, delivering glutathione directly to tissues.
- Master antioxidant activity
- Supports detoxification pathways
- May improve skin brightness
- Immune system support

Lyophilized
Store at -20°C, protected from light
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2-8°C, use within 2 weeks
Oxidizes easily - protect from light and air
- •Injectable bypasses poor oral absorption
- •Protect from light - oxidizes easily
- •May cause temporary sulfur odor
