FOX04-DRI (10mg) Dosage Protocol
FOXO4-DRI is a cell-penetrating peptide designed to disrupt the FOXO4-p53 interaction in senescent cells. Research suggests it may selectively induce apoptosis in senescent cells (senolytic activity).
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 5 mg/mL
5-10 mg per injection, intermittent dosing
At 5 mg/mL: 100 units = 5 mg, 200 units = 10 mg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Protocol option 1 | 5 mg every 3 days | 100 units x 3 doses |
| Protocol option 2 | 10 mg weekly | 200 units once weekly |
| Duration | 3-4 weeks | Then extended break |
- 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved
- 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
FOXO4-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide that penetrates cells and disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction. In senescent cells, this interaction prevents apoptosis. By blocking it, FOXO4-DRI may selectively induce senescent cell death while sparing healthy cells.
