BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend (10mg (5mg + 5mg)) Dosage Protocol
A synergistic healing blend combining BPC-157 (5mg) and TB-500 (5mg). This combination leverages complementary mechanisms for comprehensive tissue repair support - BPC-157 for gut and tendon healing, TB-500 for systemic tissue regeneration.
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 5 mg/mL total (2.5 mg/mL each)
300-500 mcg daily (150-250 mcg of each peptide)
At 5 mg/mL: 6 units = 300 mcg, 10 units = 500 mcg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1-2 (Loading) | 500 mcg daily | 10 units |
| Weeks 3-4 | 400 mcg daily | 8 units |
| Weeks 5-8 (Maintenance) | 300 mcg daily | 6 units |
- 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall to prevent foaming
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved - do not shake
- 4Label with date, concentration, and contents
This blend combines two complementary healing peptides. BPC-157 modulates nitric oxide pathways, promotes angiogenesis, and has cytoprotective effects particularly in the GI tract and tendons. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) promotes cell migration, reduces inflammation, and supports tissue regeneration through actin regulation. Together they provide multi-pathway healing support.
- Synergistic tissue repair mechanisms
- Supports tendon, ligament, and muscle healing
- Anti-inflammatory effects from both peptides
- May accelerate recovery from injuries
- Gut healing support from BPC-157 component
