Adamax (N-Acetyl Semax Amidate) (10mg) Dosage Protocol
Adamax is an enhanced version of Semax with acetyl and amide modifications. These modifications increase stability, potency, and duration of action compared to standard Semax.
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 5 mg/mL
100-300 mcg daily, intranasal or SubQ
At 5 mg/mL: 2 units = 100 mcg, 6 units = 300 mcg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1-2 | 100 mcg daily | 2 units intranasal |
| Weeks 3-4 | 200 mcg daily | 4 units intranasal |
| Weeks 5-8 | 200-300 mcg daily | 4-6 units |
- 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved
- 4For intranasal: transfer to nasal spray bottle
Adamax retains Semax's ACTH(4-10) core but with acetyl and amide modifications that increase lipophilicity and resistance to enzymatic degradation. This results in enhanced CNS penetration and prolonged activity compared to standard Semax.
- Enhanced potency vs standard Semax
- Longer duration of action
- Improved stability
- Research suggests cognitive benefits
- Semax and analog research studies
- N-Acetyl peptide modification research
- Nootropic peptide development literature
Lyophilized
Store at -20°C, protected from light
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2-8°C, use within 4 weeks
More stable than standard Semax
- •Research compound - not FDA approved
- •More potent than standard Semax
- •Start with lower doses
- •Intranasal provides direct CNS access
